"Building Athletes"

 

STEEL is one of the strongest materials known to man. It plays a crucial role in providing structure to nearly every building, bridge and home we see today. You cannot build without STEEL. This same concept is used in how we approach training our athletes.  It is our job to build better athletes and in order to do so, we have to provide all the essential components of a training program. In order to provide these components, we have to start by taking an individual and scientific approach. First, we have to view improving athletic performance as a science.  In order to take a scientific approach, in-session and out of session data must be recorded and used to drive each athletes individual program. By doing so, we have the ability to create priority based programs, so every athlete receives a program best suited for them. In addition to this concept is the idea that every athlete deserves a high level of coaching at all times. You could have the best program in the world, but if you dont have someone to effectively implement the program, there will be little to no progress made. By mixing these two concepts with our blue collar industrial yard location in East Sacramento, you have the best environment to BUILD.
