This 60 minute group session teaches the fundementals of acceleration and the associated biomechanics of how to move faster on the court, diamond, field or track. This program is designed for athletes who can't fully committ to the STEEL program, but still desire a high level of training geared towards acceleration.
Also, through use of our mobile app, athletes will be given a program they can perform on their own. This user friendly app comes equipped with progress tracking, instructional videos and athlete-to-coach communication ability.
