What are the qualifications to participate?

To qualify, you must be a current athlete over the age of  13 years old

What do I need for the first session?

All you will need is a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. Also, if you are an athlete that competes on turf, please bring cleats.

When are the sessions?

Monday-Friday:

9am-11:am (Pro/College only)

12pm-2pm (Pro/College only)

5pm-7pm (Open to all)

7:30pm-9:30pm (Open to all)

 

Saturday and Sunday:

10am-12pm (Open to all)

12:30pm-2:30pm (Open to all)
